NDIS INDEPENDENT PROVIDER

Through personal experiences, we have seen how living with disability can impact daily life. We are driven to help those with disability, through our business, to provide them with a service which has a positive impact on their life. An immediate family member was palliated at home for 12 months and we witnessed first-hand the practical challenges that essentially having a 'hospital in the home' brings, as well as the emotional challenges that client's and carer's face. We are also the parents a child on the NDIS and understand the importance of inviting service providers into your home who have patience and who can show empathy. We also understand the importance of working with service providers you can trust, and who you know have your best interests at heart.

It is our aim to provide quality workmanship in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill, whilst working closely with clients to provide a service that meets their individual needs and preferences. We will always act with respect, integrity, honesty, and transparency, whilst always maintaining a client-centered mindset.

The safety of our client's is paramount and we always ensure that we strictly adhere to occupational health and safety measures and follow COVID safe work practices.
